I think it's a Federal crime currently but the DOJ (dept of Justice) hasn't been enforcing existing laws so the state is trying to take things into their own hands by making it illegal at the state level.
@lorinapetranova2607Ай бұрын
Why don't they enforce the law about hiring illegals? It's stunning all the laws for the laws already in existence that would have a mega huge impact at the border but hey. When the Supreme court can't read an easily written Constitutional law even a 3rd grad could understand welll. That law is Article 14 Section 8. Insurrection. Written post haste after the Civil War in the US. Happy trails ya'll.

The federal government has jurisdiction over federal borders… this is high school level legislation, that will be ruled unconstitutional. Pretty funny virtue signal though. But AZ citizens should he angry that they waste time with optics approaches that won’t help the problem anyway. Just look into the Joe Arpiao criminal contempt of congress of the past in AZ for further information. As well as all the clear racist policy choose that come along with using local enforcement If people wanted a fix, they could had passed the recent bill that was authored by republicans for border reform. If you’re agianst that then, you’re just not engaging with the content in good faith. It has always been okay for state officials to transfer incarcerated individuals to federal agencies, however, they can’t blindly target Mexicans and all brown people to check for immigration status paper work. If you don’t like this, then move to a more authoritarian country. Our constitution has intently designed limits and if you’re in favor of “law and order” then you must abide by that at the core of your principles or just LARP in your confused mind alone with all the other narrative makers.

@@user-gn3xi6dw3s so what are you arguing? We should allow illegals into the country? I'm not gonna read your novel bro

Also, are people from AZ and this KZbin thred drop outs? Like bro… to not know the federal and state jurisdiction separation means you didn’t pay attention to the simplest of elementary knowledge of how govnerment functions. I’ll assume most people here struggle just doing basic math if this is the case. Which is a sad, and telling me the schools in AZ and the rest of America are failing us just as much as the people own abysmal lack of intellect.
