What really upsets me about these attorneys and these parents are the fact that they don’t realize the severity of the situation. If it was their son that got murdered what would you want to happen to the assailant? This is what you should be thinking. Don’t forget your own child took somebody else’s life, no one should ever have to do that. Parents think that they know their own children, the fact is we think we do

The father seemed completely oblivious and insensitive. He & his son are just like that, they they have that kind of relationship (hmm), they have plans. I’m sure the other kid had plans also.

Not having watched this yet let me just say, These attorneys do understand it - it’s exactly why they often postpone their clients trials so that family emotions simmer down! It’s why many defendants hire attorneys … you’re looking at these things in a vacuum or microcosm. It’s exactly why I turn OFF the KZbin comments because people replying reflects their state of mind of whatever their day was like, on top of their personal emotions. 😢.

@ the problem that I have is with the attorneys trying to place a violent criminal back out on the streets. I don’t believe that there is ever moment where a person is entitled to take someone else’s life away. That is just my opinion of course. In this case, the father really doesn’t know his son all that well or is completely oblivious.

Son was bullied by brother for many years and all the parents could say was defend yourself? He had anger issues held up inside. Parents listen to your children! Stop trying to make them “Men”

Did the mom just call her younger son self centered and not caring about others? Show this son is the good boy mommy’s boy except he sees nothing wrong was going on Grindr to find someone to hook up with so that he can get high for free and possibly get off then stabs the guy and takes his car, but he doesn’t remember.
