That's crazy bc my son's father was killed by a drunk driver and that woman got 9yrs PROBATION AND 0 DAYS IN JAIL. Meanwhile, I'm here with a 9yrold (at the time) who had night terrors from losing his dad, extreme depression and anxiety and has to live the rest of his days with no father. Yes because it’s not murder so you only do 50% of a sentence for non violent crimes Plus with her 2 for 1 day credits while fighting her case she will be out in like 18 months.
