10 years in prison and eligible for parole after only 5 years, for MURDER. That is damn lenient already. Just to allow this murderer to come to court to ask for parole after only 6 months in prison is ridiculous. She was sentenced to 10 years and thats that.
@Diaz-RamosАй бұрын
Yes because it’s not murder so you only do 50% of a sentence for non violent crimes Plus with her 2 for 1 day credits while fighting her case she will be out in like 18 months. Trust me you don’t want everyone doing everyday of a sentence our prisons would be full and our taxes would triple trying to keep the jails and prisons going.

It's not her fault. She's not bright enough to think of this loophole in our laws. It's these public defenders that defend and protect criminals like her. She's shameless, and despicable and needs to be put away in the penitentiary for at least thirty years for killing a human being because she decided to drive drunk. And now she wants everyone to feel sorry for her. She needs to pay for what she did. And ten years Is still not long enough. She'll probably be out in four and a half years. This makes me sick.
