Special definitely as special as hell love SpaceX
@steveaustin2686Ай бұрын
@tjmcguire9417 Both the Boeing Starliner and SpaceX Crew Dragon were developed under the NASA Commercial Crew program (CCP). The CCP contracts are fixed-price contracts, so Boeing has been paying for the Starliner cost overruns. Crew Dragon is based on the Dragon 1 spacecraft from the NASA Commercial Resupply Services (CRS) contract, so its development was spread across two programs. Starliner was only developed under the CCP.
