OceanGate co-founder testifies in Titan submersible implosion hearing

Guillermo Sohnlein, the co-founder of the company that owned the Titan submersible that imploded with five passengers aboard last year while heading to the Titanic wreckage, testified Monday before a U.S. Coast Guard panel on a hearing investigating the deadly incident. Sohnlein co-founded OceanGate with CEO Stockton Rush, who died in the implosion in June 2023, but left the company in 2013.
