Rio's wave was a bit underscored but even with 1 point more he wouldn't have win the heat, he should've finished the wave with more power. Well surfed for both surfers.

Imagine presiding over an era that sees Medina, JJF, Italo and Toledo all in their prime and all dedicating their lives to the tour - and managing to end up running events like this one... It's almost impressive. Dirk Ziff, on the off chance you read this comment, do yourself a favour - fire whoever it is that you've employed to run the WSL, because they're wasting your money.
