I am in Chile now but years ago I watched a launch after sunset from atop Mt. San Jacinto. I remember every second of it and could see the staging and when it left the atmosphere. Incredibly clear view. Hope everyone has the same experience.

I'm in California, and Holy crap it woke me up! Loud boom and orange light in the sky! "World War 3 is starting!" 🤣 You'd think I'd be used to it by now!

I live about 40 miles away from vandenberg on the coast and the rockets always go right over me. The glass on the houses rumble, all the animals go silent. The colors of the rocket trail as it goes by are absolutely incredible. Then watching the booster fall off and come back down to earth is always a treat. But man when the part of to rocket comes back to the base it is the loudest BOOM! I’ve ever heard. So awesome!

Another great launch! The view from Llano CA, East of Palmdale, is great. The main booster looks like 1/3 of a #2 yellow pencil held at arm's length. I can watch the secondary booster plume all the way to the ESE horizon. Always looking forward to the next launch day!

The boom rattled the house pretty good here in Ventura. My rottweiler did a back flip from a dead sleep, landed on all fours in a defence stance, lol
