What I'm taking away from a lot of these calls is that you can just be confident in your number and where YOU are at for it to make sense, and be totally okay if there is someone else out there who has a different number that THEY are good with .... Like you said, "There's always another deal around the corner", and if a DIY'er or "Buy and Hold" Investor can offer a higher number, then so be it .... Thank you for putting these on KZbin, Jerry, so that we can all glean some confidence from watching you do it. Thank you, Jerry!
