I use a 25gage 1inch of sustanon 250. I do a half ML a wweek which means 125mg per week. Just enough to go freom extremely low to low normal. At some point I may talk to my doctor about letting me push a bit more to get to the mid normal range. From low to low normal was night and day difference and although i had maid gains in the gym before that I really felt hte difference of playing with the boost. Would liek ot see how much better normal normal would make my efforts effective.

Good Morning, nice to see you back, i was thinking of you this week as i did my one year labs requested by my doc, i know you had high estradial in the past and lowered your dose, when you lowered it did you take a break on one injection and then continue with lower dose?

Thanks for all the videos. They have been helpful. After suffering extreme fatigue for over a year. I finally got my first shot a week ago. Not much improvement yet. I’m wondering if my doctor may be too conservative. I’m getting 100mg every 2 weeks. I want get labs or see my Doctor for another 5 weeks.

You're very welcome. Thanks for watching. Yes, 100mg every 2 weeks is on the low side. Most of us start out around 100mg per week. The fact that you're injecting every 2 weeks might also be an issue for you as it was for me in the beginning. My doctor had me injecting 200mg/2 weeks. I quickly learned that I felt great the first week, then as my T level gradually reduced I felt bad again a few days before my next injection. So I split it and did 100mg/week, which helped a lot. Your doctor will see what your level is at in 5 weeks and likely make adjustments. If you're not already, try to self-inject instead of having the doctor staff do it. That way you can split the dose and go weekly which will help reduce the highs and lows and keep you a little more even. Hope this helps.

.2ml biweekly, what’s your total and free at with that dosage. My doc wants me to back of a bit and that’s what she wants me at. I was kinda over shooting and my numbers were 1200 total and 30 free, was feeling great.

Looks like a sub q needle? What’s the reason behind splitting the 80mg into two of cyp? Given it’s half life, wouldn’t you be fine with one 80mg injection per week? I’ve been on 150mg per week of cyp for about 10 years now and do it once per week. I know some guys who have much higher doses for other reasons who split their doses due to the amount of fluid, but that’s a different reason. Love the vids!

After you inject, peak concentration of T in blood happens roughly 3 days, so inject every 3.5 days means you add Test just as it is falling. I inject daily subq, so peaks and valley don't even happen for me.

I am a little confused about how bodybuilders do it becuase from what I understand each muscle can only take 2-4 cc's. So how are they doing like 600mg of test plus whatever else they are doing. It seems like they will run out of muscle groups to inject in.

They find spots. U can inject the shoulder from the side and from the back shoulder muscle aswell. Thats 4 spots per arm for shoulder shots. Ppl inject chest/ calves. Its pretty crazy especially with a shallow needle.

Get off it for a month and tell your doc your libido is low and you want your testosterone checked. It will plummet and then insurance will cover your problems.

@@WalletInvestUSAyou have to get your family doctor to be on board with prescribing you testosterone. Unfortunately, most PCPs are not too knowledgeable on TRT. You may be able to talk an endocrinologist or urologist intro prescribing it.

The reason I switched from once a week to splitting the dose and injecting it twice a week was because some of my negative symptoms (that I had before TRT) seemed like they were coming back. Splitting the dose to twice a week helped keep things level for me and did help, yes.

I just had my first bad injection, got a little lump after day 4. Has anyone here experienced a bad injection?

I have had a lump, but it goes away. I don't think its a bad injection, its just part of subcutaneus injections. Like insulin, it sometimes make lumps or lipos. Changing spot is wery important. And I do cypionate(250mg/ml) 0.4ml shot once a week its on limit of high amount but so far all good. Thinking to get 0.8ml divided two shots per week. But have to see my next labs. I feel T is getting mee hooked.😂

I was doing .4 twice a week and it put me just under 1000 so that was the sweet spot for me but unfortunately I had to stop due to managing side effects became a tedious process.

Man! How are you still getting 10ml vials. They’re (the pharmacy’s) telling me that they will no longer manufacture it in the 10ml bottles because risk of infection is greater. They literally give me 10 individual 1ml vials!

10 CC Vials are illegal in America now.............all that is prescribed is 1ML single dose vials..................now of course everyone uses the entire 1 ML but scripts are filled for one shot per vial................I LOVE this as I get 10 of the 200mg/ml one ML vials per month for $30 via my prescription which is inject 40migs 3 times week

You dont need a harpoon needle to get the test into you unless ur very high on body fat percentage. Fairly lean you can inject in the delt with a shallow needle. Those days of 1.5 inch harpoons are done. Subq injections are as effective as intra.
