Why I used the pen function instead of print and cut function on Cricut: Because Cricut is not accurate with its print and cut function. Precision was important so I had to cut them by hand. I also didn't use the printer for the images because the ink scratches of easily while cutting. And it was too risky when cutting something this small on a shrink plastic.

Two kiddos now and they are a bit older and I would LOVE to do this it looks so fun and satisfying. I just wonder if I could make enough selling them - just enough to pay for materials, really! your videos are the best! You so talented thanks for showing us your methods!

Cool. Your awesome work never ceases to amaze me. The sticky device you used to hold them while you Mod Podge'd them was ingenious! Plus, you removed all the lint at the same time. hehe. And your tutorials are among the best. I'm still not exactly sure what Squid Game is, but I'm sure I don't need to.
@tali.galaxy3 жыл бұрын
Its a Korean thriller/suspense horror show on Netflix! The premise is a cast of downtrodden people get roped into gambling their lives for money in the "squid games"; reinterpretations of popular South Korean children's games with death as a losing penalty. The setting is whimsical-looking like the background of this piece, and the guards in the squid game area look like the inserts she made here. The bodies of the fallen are placed in gift boxes like the one you see at the end. Its a good story of humanity and classism, but it is pretty gory and saddening.

hey Amy, so how long do you wait to apply the Mod Podge on the shrink film. I'm having issues with the sharpie and color pencil smearing when I apply Mod Podge or a spray. any suggestions?
@AmyMade2 жыл бұрын
Use Prockey markers instead of sharpie! And use a spray sealer instead of modpodge!
@jomrchalcott74512 жыл бұрын
@@AmyMade what's the difference?
@AmyMade2 жыл бұрын
Prockey markers are water based. Spray sealer is more durable and you can spray a bunch at once.

Amy, this is exceptional!! Can I ask why you chose to fill with oil at the bottom and not at the top? X

Thanks! When all of the inclusions are settled on the bottom, the hole becomes less obvious than if it was on the top. Just a personal preference

I'm not a fan of aliexpress.. I've been ripped off by them so many times. I just like warning people. Sending a satchel instead of promised product isn't acceptable, and neither is never receiving any kind of product. Aliexpress offers no compensation, if you miss the product deadline. Just dont do it.. Wish has a much better return policy and they're cracking down on bad merchants. 😁
