Instead of liquid latex I use elmers glue, you have to soak it off but it works the same to protect

Kailani Capelouto yea, I see people use modpodge too. I just don’t see the point of using any of those things when I can simply just avoid molds like this. Because the finish on the edges will still be imperfect from the overflowed resin

Thanks! For the gummy bear mold, drop a small amount of resin in the bear's arms and legs first before pouring the rest of the resin in. This will avoid any trapped air bubbles in your casting

Interesting. Some of my resin pieces still over spill even though they are completely round. Is there a technique to prevent over spill?

Don't add too much, Add little at a time, Make sure your surface is level.

I was like that in the beginning. Hated it in the beginning. But ive learned to accept the UV resin’s limitations, pros/cons and now I only use it for certain projects. Also finding the brand that worked for me helped a lot.
