Louis A. McCaII II I beg to differ. Schools in predominantly black neighborhoods are not as well funded as schools in the suburban areas. But we all pay taxes. Are you referring to crime? Black communities are black for a reason. Projects are set up to group blacks together with low rent, low paying jobs, which makes it very hard to escape that environment. Trump will talk to black millionaires all day to seem like he cares about all blacks. The truth is in his past, as he tried to deny blacks from becoming tenants in an apartment building he owned. Put the letter "c" for colored on any application from blacks, so he knew who to deny. Crime increases as poverty and hopelessness increase.
