WATCH: President Obama and family leave for Capitol in motorcade

President Barack Obama, First Lady Michelle Obama, and his daughters Sasha and Malia Obama, departed the White House in the presidential motorcade--which made its way for the Capitol, where the President will participate in his second public inaugural swearing-in ceremony.
