As an American, I appreciate this. That right there is something our legislatures have COMPLETELY lost sight of on our side of the pond. Decency, decorum, humility, and respect for the institution and its members. It's all bloodsport, all of the time. I have no idea of Sunak's sincerity, but it's not really important. Decorum, even if only a formality is essential to the democratic process.
