Thanks mate. I haven't bought a watch since mroe than a year and I am not planning on doing so unless it's another Omega or at least a Tag Heuer Formula 1 for the days off. So, it will take some time...

I like them, I think they are a good was to upgrade from less expensive brands. They have history in watchmaking, good quality for reasonable prices. I have a Certina and was always looking for a Tissot, however have not bought one yet. I like the PRS516.

Cause they cost 3-5x what an Omega cost. I am planning on getting a Seamaster at some point, but currently I have other things that I need to focus on. I am happy with my watch collection at the moment, once time and money will come I will get one. But before that I think I will get another 1-2 Omega watches. I really want the Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch and the Omega Planet Ocean. Let's see. cheers

The Omega seamaster Aqua Terra is a classic beautiful watch, that will many will find beautiful a hundred years from now on too, it is timeless and elegant for everyday use and as a dresswatch. Very good quality as well, it is very appearant when you handle the watch.

Agree totally, but again the Omegas are my best watches and this comparison is not regarding quality but size. But currently I am wearing one of my Casio G-Shocks as I am on vacation and when travelling I prefer to have my G-Shock rather than my Omega due to security reasons when being in a unknown environment.

I was refering to all those fashion brands, I have not looked closer at TW Steel and cannot say anything about them. My favourite brand is and always has been Omega. Other than that I think Seiko does great watches for reasonable prices. And I am still aiming for a Tag Heuer, a Panerai, a Stowa and one Rolex (the 50th anniversary in green).

Well, they are all in my collection so I just compared them, more for size rather than direct competitors. I wish I could compare the Omega's to Rolex, Panerai, IWC & Co. but I don't own them (yet).

If you can afford it go ahead, but Rolex are making only 3 beautiful watches (imho) which are the GMT, Submariner and Milgauss, the other ones are pretty ugly according to me!

No, sorry to say, I hate them! I hate fashion brands like Guess, Armani and all those crap! I rather have a cheap Casio or Citizen vs. these watches. I like small companies like Stowa or Sinn, these are nice! cheers

Well, the best for certain things, like sports and rough work. But for the office I prefer a different watch.
