WATCH STOCKY WHIP UP AN INCREDIBLE T-BONE!

While in Alderley edge, I came across a butcher shop which fascinated me with all the different meats in the window.
I’ve seen a mistake that I have not had for over 20 years which used to be my favourite, the T-bone steak so I got one took it home and cooked it medium. it was absolutely delicious if I must say so myself.

Not a bad effort but all the tv chefs say don’t pepper the steak before frying as the pepper burns and tastes bitter.

Funny you should post this video today. I bought a T bone yesterday for the first time in about 5 years and its going on the barbecue tonight. $15 in Canada, about 9 quid I think.

A seared outside edge is essential for a proper steak, which I think you achieved. Nicely done. You can't go wrong with a T-bone or a bone-in ribeye, both great options.

Sacrilege Greg, a steak as grand as that deserves onion rings, home made chunky chips and a griddled beef tomato. I love broccoli but it belongs on a roast meal with lots of thick gravy. I've never tried a t-bone or a tomahawk steak but feel I need to, my normal go to's are fillet or sirloin, I'm on the hunt now for a massive t-bone lump. Great vlog as always mate. 👍
