Synopsis
Total equality; Any job can be done by anyone.
In the future, through The Terminal technology, the population are physically reconfigured from the nervous system up to fit their next job.
Start the day a male lumberjack, end the day a mother. With the Terminal, we are all truly equal…or are we?
Kim, a young jobcentre employee, is beginning to question how fair the system is when her co-worker Jay is prevented from being with the person they love when they are dying.
But can there be love in a society where people’s physical appearance constantly changes? And how far is Kim willing to go to help Jay?

Much better with the sound problems corrected. I quite enjoyed this film; the premise was fresh and totally original. Everything about it was well done. I would love to see either a full length version or more short films set in the same society. Two thumbs up to the filmmakers. Thanks for sharing your film with us.

Kim helped her friend and coworker be reassigned to be near someone her friend is in love with, her friend recruited her into a underground system that is hacking the network , Kim's supervisor was wearing a wrist band that had been hacked so she could distract him with a kiss, Kim now continuous as a inside operative.

Starting off, I was really intrigued by the male character becoming a woman in the maternity job and what his conflicts will be. The mystery of all that arising in the short span of 90 seconds, made me think " whoa! This outta be good. I'll see how this future sci fi world conceptualises 'total equality' through technology and politics perhaps" ... Only to be subverted by the plot that follows the blond A.I. who spends 12 + whole minutes in a scene explaining through expositional dialogue. I had to fast forward to the third act and still knew what was going on. So, some dialogue and scenes were unnecessary. 😐 I would have liked to see Alex' life before and after his transition, his job assignment n why he hated it and then how his outlook on life changes as a woman metaphorically and literally.

I thought she was a redhead not a blonde ? you said " I'll see how this future sci fi world conceptualises 'total equality" my first thought there is that in our world that is impossible, also to have a world like that would be a total bore. To delve further into Alex would that bring more to the story about individuals who are trying to subvert the current system ?

@@luckyPiston Alex's character was a more interesting plot point that could have been developed. The A.i.'s literally talked most of the short film; describing things that happened and showing pictures. The _movie_ is supposed to do that, through action. Not characters taking about it. Plus, Alex was the first person on screen. Visually, thats typically the stage direction of the main character, which he was not. If only at least, the plot was to be between Alex and the A.I. . The introduction of the other two characters five minutes later ( especially in a short film) is too long too late to develope them in my opinion.

This remastered version is much better. I can hear the conversation more clear as the background noise is no longer over powering the dialogue. It is a great storyline.

Beautiful! should be a full length feature! I rarely feel like this after watching shorts. For the most part, shorts are perfect as they are. Not this one, this is fantastic I really like this, and stand by my opinion, this one short, should go on to be a full length feature! Bravo! Excellent script and excellent actors!

I wish I was able to read the senaryo of this philosophical film. It left nearly the same feeling as the Blade Runner. I thought about equality , freedom and democracy what we humambeings need to much nowadays. And world iş continuing whirling althoug there is great terrible pandemi. So who could survive have to think about not only now but for the future too. I need to investigate some of words of your characters from the dictionary. If there iş possibility watching your film in Turkish subtitled would be great. Congrats.

SOUND QUALITY IS HORRENDOUS ! No point in watching, can not hear half of what is being said due to background being way to loud. Looked like if might be a good flick but no point in watching if i cant hear it. From all of us 6 thumbs down. Real shame the the dialogue is drowned out. There is another version on EVIL tube that is even worse. The closed captioning does NOT even match the dialog so is of now help.
