This is so traumatizing to hear. I do outreach in our undocumented community and everyone is so terrified that they will lose their benefits and be sent back home if Trump gets in. I assure them that no such thing will happen under President Biden's watch. Vote blue like your life depends on it. 💙💙

The American people have a DUTY when we go to the polls this November - not only to hold Trump accountable for his actions, but to REJECT Trumpism entirely. 🇺🇸 FDT

What really sucks is all of us voted against Trump and he lost the election but he’s still sort of serving as a shadow president at least to the Republican party

The terrifying thing is that 75 million Americans voted for Trump.

The majority of voters rejected him twice already. He's never won the popular vote and the second time by even twice more than the first time. Why do republicans think he could have picked up any votes since? I guarantee that he's lost more voters if anything.

Rhule, you RULE! So great to see Yamiche again after, what, a YEAR? She's been off-air and I was very concerned for her. So, it's great to see her again. Thank you so much, Stephanie; your shows are the BEST! You cover all angles, have interesting, informed guests and you are just the BEST. Thank you.

The Biden campaign needs to put out statements on a regular basis to make sure that the public is VERY aware of what his administration is doing to benefit people. Right now all we're hearing is crickets. There needs to be a big change in Biden's campaign before it is too late.

The minimum wage has to increase Minimum wage in a developed country is mainly in the restauration industry. The wage increase is rapidly absorbed by the more wealthy people that go to the restaurants. It realy doesn't change the affluence. But it is the fastest way to transfer some wealth from the reacher to the poorest. There are a lot of cientific papers on the subject.

Having workers unions in the past were critical in keeping wages at a pace to keep up with inflation and making sure the workers got benefits and were able to live a decent lifestyle. After the Reagan era of union busting, that when wages began to stagnant and benefits began to shrink for the average worker. Democrats support unions because they know how important they are at giving the workers a voice not only in the corporations, but in Congress too.

@rhondah1587 yes, completely agree. To have a fair society, strong unions are essencial. And yes again, Reagan/thatcher did destroyed the best economy and fair society there was. Where everyone would win from a good economy instead of only a few.

As I talk to my friends I realized that's the reason people don't think that the economy is doing as well as what they say is that for those of us who live in everyday America who are often living paycheck to paycheck the bottom 1/3 or even 1/2 of our country in other words are not feeling it the vast majority of us are out here living paycheck to paycheck trying to figure out how we're going to get gas in our tank figuring out how we're going to buy food figuring out how we're going to do for our loved ones and are still not able to do it and until the government whether it be Democrat or republican fix this we will always feel that the deck is stacked against us.
@martin2289

Fact is that the vast majority of people have been living paycheck to paycheck since forever (certainly the case for the last 40 years or so).
@willwebster8711

Electing Trump won't cure that. Fact is, the inflation issue is not caused by government, but by corporate greed and opportunism. It is a global issue, and corporate interests behind it are the same ones funding Trump, the GOP and to a lesser extent, the Democratic Party because of the Supreme Court decision regarding money in politics. If you really want change, you need to change the bias on the court, which is never going to happen under any Republican administration.

You know what, I have an awesome idea. We should go ahead and vote Donald Trump back in the White House and let him be a dictator for a full four years. In 2027 Trump will be 81 years old. I don't know about anybody else, but I will still be young enough to bench press 350 pounds and I will absolutely enjoy watching Donald Trump's decline as time sets in and takes him out in the worst way possible. More over, what elderly man who is living his last days wants to die trying to be America's first dictator??? 🤓
