If only my budgies could clean their own mess before trying to mate with each other. Or in general. It's how we learned that Jazzy's a male, and Leo's a female. Can't let them out of the cage at the same time, otherwise they'll try to make babies. I think four is plenty enough for our family.

Sometimes I wonder if the producers of nature shows “set up” certain animals to be “discovered” by the host. It just seemed like the last snake was found just in time.
@phoenixflamegames13 жыл бұрын
We can never know for sure. We dont even know how much time it took to get this footage. This could be over a long time.
@Nireni3 жыл бұрын
It's a little of both. It's why there's sections that are only voice over. Film crews typically sit in place for entire days, often visiting or camping out in the same sites for months to acquire the footage they need. If it's with a host typically there's a team that scouts possible locations, and several people keep a look out for the animal they want to feature. It may take days to find, or it might be within a few hours. Typically, depending on the situation, whoever spots the animal alerts the team if the animal is in a prime spot for filming, or they capture and relocate it to more accessible place that is easier to film. The animals are then relocated to where they were found, or to a safe area if they are too close to roads. Some hosts like here are more involved in the spotting of the animals, and some wait for handlers. It depends on the show.

While camping in the town that has the Qantas jet in it Sorry but I just can't remember the name We were enjoying a wine and some beer when I dropped the empty wine bottle It was a screen on So I'm down on me hands and knees when I'm joined by a bower bird who had no fear of me He would select a piece of glass , turn it over and over with his beak and fly off Then return for more he took 4 pieces of glass and I put out a couple of bottle tops which he looked at but didn't take . The next day after speaking to the Camp manager I bought a couple of drinks with blue tops Dispenced them and threw the tops on the ground . Almost immediately he appeared and took one then came back for the second The plastic ring round the neck of the bottle was on the table and he hopped up there and had a good look around before taking it away to his nest . Other campers would have shooed him away but we were glad to get to see him close up. We stayed there for 4 days and made sure we had something blue to give him He didn't seem interested in bits of food just the trinkets It was pretty cool

You are a great dad, it is a sweet little family. Just remember to teach your little boys that a real man is not afraid to clean up the animal pee and poo as well. I”ve seen the shows where your wife is doing the cleanup as your kids excitedly celebrate a roo peeing on the counter and such, and your wife smiling with love and acknowledging that her job is to clean up after you guys and the animals. Sooooo…. Maybe just remember that your little boys will grow up even more successful men if they do not learn to treat women they love as the maids too. The nests these bower birds have are gorgeous! I’d have loved to have you for a dad! Living a life of excitement, creativity, discovery; leaving behind traditional gender roles that say boys can enjoy danger and girls must avoid it. I love how you feature traditional indigenous music, your company employs women….. I hope, I REALLY hope that you will begin to show us your relationships with the indigenous community. I cannot imagine you not having a deep relationship with the people whose lands you live on. Your love for its creatures and history are just too developed and beautiful to not also include elders and siblings from The Land. The lands of Tasmania here in particular still have the indigenous presence, a matter of colonial history.. I look forward to it, buddy. You are my favorite part of this TV franchise, my absolute favorite. And it is because of you and your staff.

Please, don't lie. At 8:40 that's NOT a Copperhead. The Copperhead snake is indigenous to eastern North America, and looks NOTHING like the snake in this video. Google it if you don't believe me. What's next, calling some Australian green snake a "Diamondback" ??? You're getting a thumbs down for this.
@ninjaspud36183 жыл бұрын
It is a Copperhead, it's one of three found in Australia, they are not related to the American variant. I sure did google this, shame you didn't take your own advice.
@kennethcook94063 жыл бұрын
@@ninjaspud3618 Just because they call it a "Copperhead" there, doesn't erase the taxonomic definition of the "Copperhead" being an American snake. They need to use a different name.
@RockSimmer-gal4God3 жыл бұрын
It’s an Aussie copperhead not an American one. Trust me I’ve been bit by one and it ain’t a good idea. I had to go to hospital after the snake bite.
@heathergarnham95553 жыл бұрын
So we shouldn't call an American opossum a possum, because it's not the same species as the Australian possum? Your theory makes no sense Kenneth Cook.
@ninjaspud36183 жыл бұрын
@@kennethcook9406 I think you might find that a lot of animal names as well as objects have regional variations in meaning, that's why in an Australian show, the 'Australian' in Australian Copperhead is implied. If it were an American show I'm sure they'd specify. Also Copperhead isn't a scientific name, it's a common name given to snakes in America, Australia and South-East Asia, all of which differ greatly in their scientific classifications.
