Seeing little Bill feeding the girl Rube the wombat then taking her for a walk is so adorable, he's gonna be a great zookeeper and conservationist when he grows up.. After seeing Tim dealing with the feisty male wombat in a box at one of the rescue places who was roaring like a lion and rearing like an alligator to bite anyone that went near him, it just goes to show dealing with wildlife can go from one of extremely cute to extremely wild the next.. qudos to Tim training his kid from so young. ✌👏✌😊

When I was little, to help us learn the difference, we were told that a stalagmite might reach the ceiling and a stalactite must hold on tight to the ceiling.

Why Do You Call The Alligator ELVIS

Probably because he’s always “Taking Care of Business?” That or when Elvis is on the scene, there’s “A Whole Lot Of Shaking Going On”. Also, it could just be a reference to “Elvis The Pelvis “

Does... Tim think that we don't get that kind of temp here in Florida on the regular during gator's reproductive season? LOL
@PsychoTrin3 жыл бұрын
You seem to forget they do Celsius and not farenheit. Florida might get to 90's; but Australia gets well above 100's
@PaigeDWinter3 жыл бұрын
@@PsychoTrin Florida gets well into the 100s In August, when gators usually hatch, my neighborhood can get anywhere from 100-115F at the highest temp of the day. And I'm in Central Florida. Southern Florida where you've got the Everglades with a higher concentration of 'gators, is even hotter.
@kat70473 жыл бұрын
@@PaigeDWinter No it’s not. My family is from southern Florida and it’s typically around 86-88 degrees F in the summer. Oh, and the typical temp in central FL throughout the summer is between 90-92 degrees F. Arizona Temperatures are what you are describing.
@PaigeDWinter3 жыл бұрын
@@kat7047 I've been in Central Florida for almost 20 years and in July and August (sometimes even into September) in my area the temps are usually in the 90s while the heat index is anywhere from 100F-112F. So yes yes it is. Arizona has dry heat, it's the humidity in Florida that makes it so crazy hot here. It's why, when I lived in Southern California, it was much more tolerable.
