Stand-up comedian Dave Chappelle was slammed to the ground by a man who ran on stage at the Hollywood Bowl for the ‘Netflix is a Joke’ festival on Tuesday night.
Isaiah Lee has been arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after the on-stage attack on the US comedian.
The 23-year-old was tackled by security and was found to be holding a replica gun capable of ejecting a knife blade, according to The Sun.
The attack comes weeks after actor Will Smith stormed the stage at the Oscars and sensationally slapped comedian Chris Rock.
