how/why babu is one of the funkiest but also at the same time technically advanced is interesting....there are so many turntablist videos on KZbin etc where the all the DJ's wanna do is show how complicated /technically advanced they are....great , but they lack the simple impact Babu has- timing, maturity, rhythm , musicality etc.....SO NICE

I could never understand how the fader works. I mean, I thought it simply shifted the volume from one the right turn-table to the left? If Babu had only one arm (his left one), wouldn't jerking the vinyl back and fourth produce the scratching sound alone? I'm not a DJ nor do I plan to be one. I'm just curious.
