Your videos are amazing! Learning so much! I have another product for you from the process, if you keep boiling the water with the carobs and keep reducing the liquid you will end up with carob honey 😊

My father told me before chocolate became cheaper to buy carob was quite common to use as a ingredient to make sweets and treats. Even animals such as horses adore it, but only you can feed them once is dried out and not green at all, otherwise it can be toxic because of the tannins it carries.

I love it that you use wholesome and healthy ingredients for your delicious recipes!! So creative also! 🎉 Have never tried carob. I will try to make the fudge as a christmas treat for my family 😊. Piloncillo, yess, now I know what you meant with jaggery. In Mexico, where I lived, they call it like that.

Thank you so much 😊 everyone’s gonna love it! Sometimes it gets confusing with different names for the same ingredient, also different cultures sell it in a different shapes which is super fascinating ✨

Hello from Turkey. When I was a kid I used to eat carob. Brown but not dried, good enough to chew. It is lightly sweet but not too much. Perfect snack which is healthy and satisfactory. I dont see them around anymore I wonder what happened.

Awesome. I've only tried carob once before and didn't like it much but the carob powder I'd bought was quite a different colour to what you have made in the video. You've convinced me to give it another try, from scratch. Everything looks so good!

Incredible video bro! I definitely want to try out that peanut butter carob fudge you made! Just a question though, wouldn't it be better to steam the carob pods instead of boiling them in case some of the sugar in the pods is wasted by being boiled out?

Funzionerebbe solo reidratarle in acqua fredda invece? O c'è un motivo più specifico per cui si fanno bollire?
@menschchef11 ай бұрын
Bollite e lasciate riposare con acqua bollente ci mettono all incirca 6 ore. In acqua fredda un giorno almeno 👌🏼 pura convenienza, almeno che tu non abbia i pods freschi e allora li pulisci prima e disidrati poi
