I am Ghanaian Nigerian and I am truly surprised that you found Tanzania so corrupt .We always heard that the East Africans countries were much less corrupt than West Africa , good to know ! We Africans rarely travel to other African countries to visit , except for people who do business, so I have never been to East Africa !!Nigeria must be one of the most corrupt countries ever and I say this as a proud Nigerian who believes that Nigerians, including my husband and kids of course, are the smartest people on the planet !! We travelled from the US to Ghana and Nigeria on a volunteer medial mission, we are both physicians ! The level of poverty in both countries is terrible and was evident by the poor health of the people we saw in the clinics ! I think it just made all the scamming and bribery a hundred times worst as people were so desperate for money !!

Yeah, it didn’t used to be like that but as new power came in after 2021 it started to shift unfortunately. It took a drastic turn for the worst. Still a beautiful country, but when you have children you want what’s best for them in the long-run.

Greetings family, I was in dar for the last 10 months. I've been in America for 2 weeks. I know what you mean by corruption. It's very risky coming to another country believing that business is conducted the same way as the country you're from.
