This is a beautiful home and location. I feel the same about bars and electric fences, dont want to feel like living in a prison. But having a couple of trained guard dogs would be a good deterrent from thieves. Also cameras along the fence wall.

Dog is young and playful, get him some toys, maybe bored. Going solar is a great move. I love the highlight and open knowledge. A RAM four-wheel drive truck or any of your choice is good to have. For traveling and self transportation of goods will be a big help.

If you want to build, make sure you are there & always check materials. Pay in stages. Foundation, walling, rim beam, plastering, roofing, interior plumbing tiling. Don't just give them a wad of money like that. Contract someone whom you'll pay in stages when they complete them. Don't pay any deposit. Look for a reputable company, maybe search on google the top companies

@@nkwofie25 great question. I believe it renders entry slightly challenging. Besides, a fitted alarm would be able to alert the owner of the presence of intruders. My mum has issues with petty thieves jumping over her wall, but this stopped after the installation of an electric fence above the wall.

Very very inspiring video. The tank is not that high, yet the pressure of the tap is very strong. How's that possible? I'm about to build a tank stand and I'm told by the builder that it should be at least five meters high. But I don't like very high tank stands.
