FYI, you don't need to remove the swingarm for the shock to slide out. Just have to twist the shock the right way. Have done it probably 20+ times on my R6

My exhaust valve cables were hanging the same way. Kept it like that until I changed the 02 sensor and pulled them out

You guys need longer sockets wrench’s, especially for some bolts that are torqued super hard. Leverage is your friend

Great work, you have grown a lot since the first season! You seem way more comfortable working on a bike! Just a question, if you put this munch work in it and based om some side drops. Why not replace the swing arm bearings? Since you have acces now....

They didnt need to remove the valve lines 🤷🏻‍♀️ so they didnt. Also means they didnt need to install a servo buddy since the valve control wasnt removed. No check engine light.

oh chase, next time something is tough to get off due to the tq that was put on it and or rust build up - get some good penetration lube (WD-40, PB blaster, or my favorite Kroil) - and get a breaker bar.. also go with the strength you have.. so if pushing up isnt good then do a pull back might be easier for ya.. different muscle group.. anyway keep up the fun. and remember to work smarter not harder.. K.I.S.S. (keep it simple stupid or how I like to say it Keep It Stupid Simple). cheers.
