Advice: you don’t have to remove your headlights or bash bar, just disconnect the harness to the headlights, remove the bolts that hold the the rad support, and everything will come off with the rad support, as in the bash bar will still be on, your headlights will still be on, just disconnect any wires etc

i enjoyed your tutorial, i took special note on the oil galley plate screw torque at the lower rate than recommended. also being super organized on disassembly and labeling your screws and bolt, thanks for the info.

if you think you’re suppose to have 120PSI at cold start you’re very mistaken. read your owners manual people. and at idle warm 14PSI+ is normal

It’s not 120, it’s like 100-110. And 14psi makes sense for warm idle. I’ve checked countless videos and even driven other 350z that changed their gasket. All of them read very similar to mine. (HR Only 07/08)

everyone who changes it goes from 14 to 30 psi at idle. and this is when they open the motor they see the blown out gaskets.

Just remove the air boxes, fans and coolant hoses and that's it. There's enough room between there to do the job.

Did your go fast bite bov have any problems on your wrx?

Would recommend the Boomba bpv and an maperformance intake. The bov that release air make you stall a lot

you don’t even have to drain the coolant to do this job tho bro, just remove the fans and it’s plenty of room

I’m going to assume you’ve done it before, but I definitely wouldn’t have been able to do it if I didn’t empty the coolant and taken it off lol
