Great info. I wish I had seen this before my trip. I just got back from 2:36 and had a great time. Renting a car was super easy and I didn’t need an international license. The overnight train from Rome is a unique experience, especially with the train being loaded onto the ferry.

Glad to hear you had a great time in Sicily 🙌 we actually didn't learn about the "train ferry" until after we left. It never occurred to us that it was even possible! Also, interesting you didn't need an international license - I think it's mandatory for Americans and we def had to show it when we rented in other parts of Italy 🤷🏻♂️ Thanks for the comment!
