Can you get blades outside of MechMaxx or do you have to go through them? Thanks for the video!
@PeeksPeakHobbyHomestead2 ай бұрын
You sure can, check out the video I posted yesterday, I share information on exactly that. Jerry’s Resharp is one supplier that has you covered. I’m running Ripper 37s and Timberdog Platinums from there…
@PeeksPeakHobbyHomesteadАй бұрын
@@AdamsEden501 Yes blades are standard sizes, but you can order them from Jerry's Resharp. I have a video showing the blades I got from there.

You love the ripper 37 blades. I’ve been using them for two summers now no complaint. Yes, they are sharp and the entire tooth is heat treated instead of just the tip of it. I just sawed 40 white Pine trees 16 to 12 inch diameters 16 foot long. Same blade no pitch buildup. Great sawblade better than the originals that came with my woodland Mills.

Ever thought about making a load assist platform? You can hook up a drill to a wench and don't have to rely on the tractor to lift logs up there, just move the log in front of the mill.

Great video. What is the width of the rollers that the track would need to be to support the mill. Curious because I already have a 44’ bed that I am looking to convert from Foley-Belsaw Circular blade mill to a bandsaw mill to cut maximum of 40’ beams if I wanted too.
