I think that's a "demerit" badge. But you should be just as proud. Everyone gets a trophy.

@@AllThingsFunHydrographics I really enjoy your videos, you simplify the process into a no nonsense style that's easy to follow. Have a 3rd Gen Camaro with plenty of parts that I'm now gonna dip, maybe even double dip! Lol👍

I get my film from eBay and I store it open on my island shelf thing in my kitchen and my dips come out pretty good. I think it's my activator that's causing problems
@AllThingsFunHydrographics2 жыл бұрын
Every film likes different activator
@blackwolftdm8122 жыл бұрын
I have probably a dumb question, but is there a way to visually tell if a film is right for a dip? Like how do you tell its ready? Not asking about activation, but is there anything I can see or touch to tell?
@AllThingsFunHydrographics2 жыл бұрын
It is hard to really tell, I just let it always soak for 60-90 seconds, activate and once the film glasses out then it is ready to dip. depending on the activator that may happen really fast, or it could be really slow. It takes experimentation and every film is different.

@@AllThingsFunHydrographics I've been practicing but I seem to always get the film to look "glassy" but it's still thick and bunches up on the item. Learning curve all figure it hopefully, thanks for responding
