We spoke to the rep- turns out they do have a hedge cutter attachment with an adjustable head. They must have sent us an older model...

@@johnmillergardenmachinerymilwaukee rep here - we offer both designs to cover every customer's needs. Although I agree that the adjustable head is more convenient
