@@lukesplanet only 3s and up has it but with adapters for speed and temp 4s and up has the temp and speed as well as every thing else built in

I think some Traxxas vehicles already have them inside. Like the rustler 4x4 vxl need everything and the Bluetooth adapter

So I recently got off the phone with Traxxas and they told me specifically for us and up come with a built in three hours, and below you need to add all of the separate sensors and the GPS telemetry extender

I couldn't get the speedometer to work on my Traxxas rustlers I have 2 of them, but it did work on my sledge,I guess the sledge comes with GPS installed in it?

The 4s 6s and 8s esc's come with some telemetry pre programmed, the vxl 3s doesnt

The gps isn’t a true gps. It’s based on your gearing and estimated motor rotation. It’s not accurate at all

If it’s not Traxxas, then you need to get a Traxxas receiver that is TQI with Bluetooth remote and then all of the sensors so you’ll have a speed sensor and RPM sensor and the Geo sensor is in the receiver

Yes and any 4s and up has most of the stuff built into it and the 3s systems with the tqi controller has everything but speed temp and battery voltage i still dont know how to get the current part to work on 3s tho

You can tell by looking for the black wires coming from the transmission( speed sensor) and the temperature sensor wire should be attached to the motor, not the ESC. Eather way, you would know it If it had any sensors. The wires are obvious, its not like they hide them. My Slash Ultimate did come fully equipped with everything as did my 4x4 Bronco. I do not see much use for a speed sensor in a crawler, let alone a temperature sensor. It was not designed for high speed runs.
