Yeah, all the food, housing, and services sound great, until people see the prices and pick themselves up off the floor after fainting !!! Can you say STICKER SHOCK ??

Tell me where real estate is not inflated! It's EVERYWHERE in WA state.

Seems like the parks and trails is what most folks can afford...oh yeah, if you can get past the homeless camps and the harassment from the druggies. Plus at Willamette and Campus Glen intersection, a gas station is being built which attracts additional homeless people to come and get warm, beg for money, and oh yeah, use drugs. Did I mention that there is a gas station is being built just across from the Children's Park? Yes it's true, a gas station which attracts homeless, druggies, and perverts is going to have access to your children unless you keep a watchful eye on them. Additionally, in the last 3 years there have been no less than 20 Warehouses built with choking truck traffic and driver's who pay little or no attention to signage intended to keep them on the right roads to enter and leave those warehouses. And, finally, there is a middle School (Salish Middle School) just off of Willamette and just west of there down Campus Glen. Most of the kids are respectful, but they love to leave their trash all over the place. You can tell where they come and go because you need only follow the wrapper, plastic bottle, and papers from their backpack trails from School to home and back again the next day. You now have some updated information. You can decide if you would like to be part of a community which was terrific when we first moved here several years ago, but not so much with the growth currently. Be aware too, that apartments are under construction as of July 2023 that will be able to house approximately 2,000 additional people.
