I understand where you are coming from. However, I've gone ahead and installed minibraids (no added hair) for length retention. Should have done it a long time ago.! I just wear headwraps, a turban, Baker Boy Hats which are fashionable and in trend right now. If I need a night out, then I'll pop on a wig!

Thank you..... thank you very much. I am currently wearing my hair just like you. I pull my hair up and curled my ends with rollers. I also spray my hair with an aloe Vera juice at night l. I vow to wear my hair in this style for 6 months. I will wash and redo when needed. 6 months is a very long time for me cuz I switch hairstyles weekly. Thank you again

I like how this turned out! 💖💖 How long would you recommend keeping this style in as a protective style? Sorry if you mentioned that in the video already!
@Chazzzisawesome5 жыл бұрын
Nope I didn’t! For as long as possible. Once your hair starts to get icky or uncomfortable take it out. If I don’t use added hair I will actually take it out before my edges get icky and rock a dope braid out.

Am I missing something? Isn't this just box braids without added hair? 🤔 I'm confused
@Chazzzisawesome5 жыл бұрын
Awww you must have clicked through the video and you didn’t listen. This video was for braid pattern. If you can’t braid correctly you won’t be able to add hair. If you can’t part correctly your braids won’t be sleek. If you don’t know whether to use jam ect. Still won’t be sleek. If you can achieve this style all you have to do is learn to add in hair. However if you can’t braid...you will just keep wasting money on braiding hair when you could just wait until your advanced enough for that part. If you can master this just move on.
@arinika905 жыл бұрын
@@Chazzzisawesome Yup, that's exactly what I did 😄. Had the video up on mute at work. Parting produces so much stress. I've gotten up to the point where I will part quadrants or sections of my head, then free part the rest for mini twists. One day I'll graduate lol 😄 👩🏿🎓
