If you have an express pass and also want to eat I'd recommend eating and riding a few rides when HHN first kicks off and waiting until it's dark to hit the houses so your eyes can adjust. Food lines get really busy later on also. I like stay and scream just to get to the food/rides early and to avoid the lines at the front for people trying to get into HHN.

Thanks for the thorough breakdown of the haunted house locations! This is going to make navigating the event so much easier. I'm already mentally preparing for the food coma with all those food stands you showed. Diet starts after Halloween, right? It’s clear how much effort you put into making these guides helpful and fun. Really appreciate all the work you do! What do you recommend for a plan of attack? Last year it felt like walking back into the park from the backlot houses like universal monsters, darkest deal, last off us, ate up a lot of time.

Loved last year hanging out in the NY area for stay and scream. Wish they would hold it in Diagon Alley also as there are tons of things to do and look at while waiting. While Central Park was popular, it was my least favorite place for stay and scream because there is little shade and it's boring. Fairly excited for this years lineup of houses and scare zones. Hoping they do a better job with crowd control :)

Quick question: what strategy would you recommend for someone who has Express Pass for HHN but also a ticket to enter the park early? Would you enter the park at the beginning of the event to see the Scaremony or would you rather enter early and go to a Stay and Scream zone? Thanks in advance! ❤

would u recommend the ny stay n scream or lombards? trying to do as many houses as possible and im going on a thursday in hopes it wont be as chaotic as the weekends😭 lol

Next time we open the event we're gonna try Stay and Scream at Lombards...I think those houses in the back are worth taking care of early and then you can focus on the soundstages later in the evening!

I have a 14 day Universal day ticket for my vacation there. Can l go to the park during the day and stay there for the halloween night if l also have a ticket for the HHN. Do l have access to the same and scream area or do l need an addition ticket for that.

Any idea why the parade buildings aren’t being used this year? Just curious why the line that would be near the dream works area isnt there this year that would lead to monsters from last year and why the line and building used for last of us isnt being used
