Hey Ali, This is an excellent video. But, here is something I learned. When I used Sam's Store economy gasoline for awhile I get the camshaft code. If I use regular gasoline from almost any national brands the camshaft code and check engine light goes away. I don't understand what the connection is between the two, but some gas brands trigger this check engine light code.

I guess pinging due to bad quality fuel is causing the timing to compensate and possibly flagging the fault.

Myself, Had it replaced original at 25x,xxx kms five years ago. I think it has its cycle. Buy genuine GM part would solve the problem.

this is very known issue with this engines. mines goes bad on 130k km. And cheap ones doesnt last long. You must use gm ones

I am confused, the DTC tels about crankshaft position sensor problem , however you are focusing on the camshaft position sensor!

This is very common problem on this 1.6 engine. I replaced it around 250000 kms.

Usually Windows lifter has a plastic that connected to the motor, it brakes easily

It says crankshaft sensor on P0335. And yet you changed the camshaft sensor. Which is P0342. Yo changed the wrong sensor. 0:38

What if the code was due to a faulty sensor but faulty contacts to it. Then the check engine light will come back

This is just shooting the parts cannon at your car. Replacing parts and hoping it fixes it. If the wiring got damaged, replacing the part won't fix it.
