another thing i'd add is that non-stash inventories (like the heist or expedition inventories) also have affinity checkbox, and you will automatically deposit items into those inventories if you shift-click on items at your stash

Doesn't work with green (story) contracts, sadly. They can't be stored and will trash up your inventory till you run them, so don't pick them up in campaign if you don't wanna Heist during it. You can drop them thankfully

one thing to add about affinities, if it keeps swapping tabs when you control click an item into your stash, go to your stash settings (top right when stash is open) and turn off auto navigate.

Coming back since Ultimatum league there has been so much stuff I've needed to catch up on. But your guides have been amazing! This is really useful. I would aslo enjoy some starter guide for returning players. For example, In this league I came back from the times, then there is no atlas passive tree, zaan quest, elder and shaer influence on the maps, expensive exalts etc etc. It was interesting, but a little bit tough experince, and such video could make our comebacks easier.

I knew about right-clicking vendors, but what I recently found out: If you talk to Alva in your map, then get interrupted by some mobs, and want to go back to the temple screen, you can control-click her to go there instantly.

Yes make one of these every league. I somehow forgot several of these like the 2nd hotbar bind and the Ctrl click vendor. this would be a godsend if I didnt know about not needing to run map trials of ascendency... I still wouldnt be ascended if I thought that.

Funny thing is, I am a returning player and when I got to the part of running to the trials, I got suspicious that people weren't selling those anymore, so I tried using an Offering to the Goddess and it worked ^^. I'm glad they changed that.

Ziz is set in his ways, but I'll say it for anyone else who just found their second bar. Put flame dash on the first bar so you can see the charges. Put vaal skills on the first bar. Anything where the bar icon provides actual information, put on the first bar. Hide the stuff that doesn't tell you anything useful on second bar.

I played mostly in legion and am now back. The atlas tree had the same effect as the passive tree where I panicked until I tried it but with exarch, eater, and maven, (and something about conquerors), I'm lost as to what the goal is as I finish up map bonuses and those end game quests. Also like maven bosses to avoid.
