protip: my hairstylist told me to blow dry my hair for like 15 seconds after dry shampoo and it diffuses the powdery residue! it really works for me!

Do not skimp on the bond building products or your hair will legit fall out during touch ups. Mine fell out and I wound up just chopping it all off and doing a pixie cut (it was super cute but still, my effing hair fell out!!! Lol)

as someone who washes her hair once a week and also works out, i can tell you those girls who do go a week without washing are typically curly-haired girls like myself, who have naturally drier scalps & hair vs girls with straight hair. i’ve honestly never experienced greasy hair/scalp in my life, but i HAVE experienced dry, and i’m sure other curlies like me will feel the same. 🥲 (also, washing your hair once a week does NOT mean that you don’t shower or that you don’t even refresh it throughout the week with a spray bottle and products!)

I went from pitch black box dye hair to a level 7 in like 6 months and I still have healthy hair past my boobs. But I did it in slow steps, so first Color oops then I got it bleached with a low volume developer and then after like 3 months I bleached it again also a low volume developer . Yes it took me a while but now I can get it even lighter without a lot of damage. I might add that I have thick curly hair and I coloured it black for like 5 years or so

Like, I feel like ashy hair on cool toned skin can wash you out and make you look kind of dead, while more warm toned hair can bring out the warmer tones in the skin and bring some life to you. blonde usually looks a lot warmer than dark hair so matching it means finding a brow color that’s warmer, ones that are for blonde or auburn hair. I got a drugstore one from NYX and mix it with the brow product I already use :)
