Rachel Hollis Is between a podcast, a media company, six books - including this year’s New York Times best-seller "Girl, Wash Your Face," one of Inc’s Top 30 Entrepreneurs Under 30 - four kids and a loving husband, it’s safe to say that Rachel Hollis doesn’t have much free time. Yet somehow, she has managed to do it all...
And have time to sit down with me for this inspiring interview where we talk about how Rachel embraces the chaos and seeks only to feel centered amongst the flurry.
"The babies and housework and spreadsheets and meetings and birthday parties to plan, along with a million other things that might overwhelm me... They are just a list of my many, many blessings." - Rachel Hollis
So how does this woman-on-top live so FEARLESSLY??? Watch the full interview out NOW to learn exactly how it's done! This is an interview of pure strength you DO NOT want to miss out on this one!

After taking off 3 years to care for my mother with cancer I’m having trouble convincing any company that I deserve a job. I have 15 years experience as an office manager and administrative assistant and have great skills but all they see is a huge gap in my resume. I’m beyond depressed living in my parents home at 35 and broke. I’m losing faith I’m ever going to get back on my feet and become an independent woman again.

I have issue with focusing on the task at hand. I find that I can start project A, but half way through I have a thought that leads me to another project, that I shift gears to get to, and so forth and so on. I have to make deliberate action steps to get back to where I started to complete it. Everything gets finished, but it feels a lot like chaos in the process. What would you suggest I do BEFORE I start in order to start and complete each task?

The roles are reversed and I feel like everyone is judging me for being the one getting the kids on the bus and going to the grocery store. Thank you, Rachel, for what you just said on this podcast. It truly has changed my day and how I will live my tomorrows. My purpose is to be the best me and that will take care of my wife, my kids and everyone else that I touch. Robert, my husband is a stay at home dad, too. Ours was due to circumstances out of our control, but I think he's struggled with the same things, too. I always tell friends (I'm very focal about it) that our family has turned traditional gender roles on their ears. Our daughter is a senior this year, so we're going to be empty-nesters soon, as well. Hope you are encouraged that you are not alone. You do you! (And we're right there with you on date nights. Rachel and Dave are madly in love with each other and go on date nights WEEKLY. We could all learn a thing or two...)

I am so blessed to have come across this video tonight literally as I struggle with thoughts of what's next for me and what is my true purpose. This video has helped me remember who I am and what my passions were as a young child. I have been working in corporate america never feeling for filled or appreciated and also never feeling like I belong there. I attached a monetary value to my passions thinking that I am just chasing dreams and being told "Oh you will just be a starving artist" I allowed other people's fears to enter into my life and now it is a new day! God Bless you both and one day we will meet.

As a mama of three really littles at home I had lost who I was and after reading girl wash your face 3x 😳😬 I’m finally beginning to understand that I too have value. It’s allowed me to finally step out into what sets my soul on fire! Today my biggest take away from this interview was “be better today then you were yesterday” Ed this is the first time I’ve seen you. But now I’m a die hard fan! Thank you for your love towards God, Women, and Men. Seeing your heart of faith and personal development is so amazing!!! Thank you guys for paving the way! once again, another great interview!. Loved Rachels message. I remember when I was in my 30's feeling guilty and shame when I went back to work to teach after each baby I had (I had 4). Then working full time as a principal, when the little one was 4. So many voices told me I should be a stay at home mom and 'homeschool'. I could not. My kids are awesome adults and I'm so proud of them. They are leaders in their own sphere. Now I'm 60 and still have vision and dreams and one of them is having a podcast. I started but stopped. After listening to this, I'm inspired to go back and finish and post. Thanks Ed and Rachel.

Rachel Hollis...what can I say? I listened to your interview the previous night with Lewis Howes, so watching you today with Ed was confirmation for me. Your message is timely, needed, and valued. In less than 24 hours, I've learned so much from you. Thank you Ed for this interview.

Blown away. This is my first time listening to Ed, and for lack of a better phrase, I'm smitten. Definitely a genuine, authentic, loving soul and such a great conversation with another genuine soul, Rachel Hollis. So much great insight, wisdom and love. This is powerful sh*t and evidence that we are meant to follow our heart and share our gifts with each other and the world.

This is actually my first time listening to Ed and have been listening to Rachel and that is how I came across this. I love it so much and the emphasis you are putting for men to read her book is great! It is definitely a MUST read.

This podcast was a game changer. Rachel’s story rocking inspired and strengthened me today!! I can’t help but dote on my wife, Kimberly, who is following in Rachel’s footsteps with a crazy redemptive story of profound adversity. 🙌 Her heart fo help will transform the world like you and Rachel are working and adoring to do! I deeply appreciate your heart Ed!! ❤️🔥🔥🔥

Ok, so I was obviously living under a rock. Of all the interviews I’ve seen, this one just spoke to me. Mom, woman, trying to figure it out. Thanks soooo much for this! Following her right now!

I just want you to know that first of all, I already knew who Rachel was because I’ve read/listened to her books, podcast and followed her for a long time BUT the advice she gave when you said, “ok I’m a woman, speak to me” will change my life. I’m in the midst of finding my calling and purpose after staying home with my kids for 12 years so this brought me to tears instantly. Thank you for providing the content and insight that you do for women like me who have lost themselves and desperately want to impact the world around them!!! I’m so grateful I was led to watch this video!

HOLY CRAP!!!! This interview is absolute FIRE!!! I already knew you’re a total rockstar bro, but Rachel just took things to a whole new level! I couldn’t wait to share this with my wife and will for sure be sharing with every woman I can! Thank you so much to both of you for doing this! Oh! To the haters who judge your faith walk because of a glass of wine...just remember the very first miracle Jesus performed was turning water into wine ;-)

Thank God for this woman! This thought “Who where you?” I am a man and I ask this question all the time. My wife and I have both lost ourselves. Our current business we have been in for the past 8 years made us lose ourselves because we had to put so much of ourselves in it. Well folks we are selling it because it’s has controlled us and made us into people we do not like. Praise God for you as well Ed Mylett! You’re a great Godly man!

Such a bittersweet concept. It stirs me up and fires me up at the same time. I admit, this interview got me teary eyed a few times. I can relate to Rachel so much. And Ed, that's a given. He's a beast and a great man at that.

I love that! So true. It is hard but what we go through is what makes us the people we are meant to be. Everything hard we go through will make us "bitter" or "better" and we get to choose what we want to be.
