An 11-year-old gymnast is thanking the coach who swooped in and saved her from a potential life-threatening injury. The gymnast, Cadence Tuite, was doing a warm-up routine on the uneven bars. Her hands slipped, "It did scare me," Tuite told us. Her coach stepped in and caught her, a split second before she hit the mat headfirst. The coach is being lauded for saving her from a serious injury. "I knew I was falling, but when he was rolling with me, I didn't know what was going on," she said. #InsideEdition

I really think she would have been fine from this fall. Watch it again, maybe even play it in slow or motion. The physics dont add up to the final momentum after he makes contact her momentum starts to reverse before he even gets to a point of flipping her around so I think your own hands stopped her.

Last week I had a bad fall from my bike. But only days before I had purchased a bike helment, "just in case." When I flew over the handlebars, the first thing to strike the ground was my head, but that new helmet saved my life. This coach was like that helmet, only in human form. When accidents happen, they happen very, very fast. But sometimes, like me and this little girl, there's a guardian angel sitting on our shoulders. We should all care for each other as well.
