As a farm girl, some of my best friends have been chickens. The summer between 3rd and 4th grade I hatched 3 chicks in my bed room. They slept with me until school started that fall. When you tell ppl they have as much personality as their dog or cat they think you're nuts.

I help on a farm sanctuary and people are always surprised to hear how intelligent they are because so many of us learned that chickens aren't smart. Wow. You learn so much from these dodo videos. I would have never ever thought a Rooster would cuddle or even get attached to a human being. Just goes to show you that all living beings have a spirit and a soul that respond to love and kindness. The Native Indian culture certainly has understood this and we should’ve earned from them. Such a wise and beautiful culture and a total disgrace how they have been treated. You have to block out all of the light and keep him in a quiet place to keep him from crowing too early. Mine usually start crowing between 5:30 and 6:00.

Fico feliz todas as vezes em que encontro pessoas que compartilham desse mesmo sentimento, quando o assunto são animais❤ Na época do "Rocco e família", 2 de meus sobrinhos tinham 9 e 11 anos, eles gostavam muito de ajudar a cuidar dos bichinhos, tinham um amor muito grande por eles, até paçoca dividiam com os amigos emplumados😋, pois o Rocco pegou gosto a comer isso, aliás acho que era o "petisco" favorito dele. Quem tem esses bichinhos sabe que o galinho faz um barulho diferente, chamando pela prole para comer primeiro, né? Amávamos quando ele fazia isso... tão fofo... outra coisa de que me recordo é que o quintal estava sempre esburacado😂, pois as crianças gostavam de ajudar a procurar minhocas para eles🐔🐓🐤🐥❤ a propósito, que bom que a Popó chegou aos 15 sendo amada e cuidada❤nosso querido Rocco também virou estrelinha há alguns anos... mas, também, foi muito amado por nós enquanto nos agraciou com sua presença❤ah, muita saudade!!!!! Animais são maravilhas de Deus❤
