Loved your podcast! I brought on my autoimmune disease in my 40’s due to stress. I had a very healthy diet at the time but was in college maintaining a 4.0 gpa as a single mom. I’m 65 now and it’s amazing how u can control ur total wellness. Not easy but it’s a choice to get better and stay better. My passion is to educate my patients (I’m a dental hygienist) to not only brush and floss but to make healthier choices. There’s a saying in the dental world that the mouth is the gateway to the rest of ur body. So after watching ur podcast I realize the importance of sleep and stress reduction. Thank u!

It's Tom!! This is awesome information. Thank you so much for sharing this. I will remember that lifestyle changes DOES have a great effect on autoimmune disease (despite what my doc has told me).

Very interesting and worrying too. Sleep is something I'm severely deprived of for two reasons: shift work and an elderly cat who I adopted and wakes me up every four hours. Being autistic also elevates stress and anxiety.

The shift will have to go eventually, I don't know your circumstances but whatever you can do, find an alternate stream of income will be the best option for your health.

in USA ! junk food excesses massive stress; striving for more... if you have a healthy mind , food and movement and sleep management things improve ; we are not our genes . observe and move away from people that are toxic ..take a light soft deep breath
