@@SimonBraeck Litt krevende med så mye variert vær i Nord på gårdsplassen 😅. Bilen er klar men ikke ferdig. Vart en runde hos Vegvesen og fikk godkjent to seter og omregistrering til Bobil. Mangler en etterkontroll siden bilen er ikke ferdig og ledninger henger. 😌 Vinduer må monteres neste år. Så si nesten ferdig. Blir spennende å se deres videoer av Europe turen. I have been waiting for this for so long. Thank for sharing the progressing makeover. This is so fascinating to learn how you guys do it. I enjoy this very much, especially the heating floor! I think it is brilliant to put one there in the cold winter. Do you still keep the apartment? Or are you doing this full-time living in the van? I love how you pick the refrigerator. I think it is big enough to store your foods. Most van have smaller refrigerator, not yours. I am curious how you will put the sink in with the refrigerator that is already set in. I love that idea putting the refrigerator there to make more rooms for other storages. I would like to see how you set your cookware in. This interior design will be so crafty and precise! No wasted space allowed. I am sure you will enjoy this van more. I still miss the old school bus! :)

We are keeping the apartment, but as you can imagine, this van will extend our van life season to be all your round. We're thrilled with how it turned out, although it's not 100% done yet (it might never be!). Will make an extensive tour once a few more things are in place.

Just dont get rid of that Vanagon, when you realize that Sprinter is not as off road capable, is harder to park and maneuver through rough terrain or forests, and not to mention how expensive maintenance is, you will be missing that Vanagon. The grass is not always greener on the other side :)
