That's not confidence, that's bravado under the cloak of confidence. If she were truly confident, she would have done the work to improve herself long before she'd gotten herself in that pickle, because she would have chosen better friends, and behaved more respectably. Judge Mathis would have dogged checked her like she was his daughter! If she did it again, THEN he would have dismissed her for contempt I think ALL the judges on TV would not have let that fly! Judge Joe Brown is the only one that would not have said anything because he used to literally go back and forth with the litigants and throw those punitive fines at them, but dismiss them abruptly like Judge Judy did??? Nah, I think not!

I always watch Judge Joe Brown because he impose fines of $100 ($50 in the early days) and adds punitive damages to the plaintiff's lawsuit, depending on what he or she is suing for. IIRC, Judge Joe Brown had called a stepmother a jackass in which she was accused of stealing her stepdaughter's identity. @@theKevronHarris I watched that link you put up and MAN!!! Judge Joe Brown ate her up!!! I don’t blame him for that because that stepmother was out of pocket for what she did! Even the audience agreed with Judge Joe Brown. He isn’t as strict as Judge Judy but he does get with them when they are out of pocket like that! He called her more than just Jackass though and she looked like she didn’t care about none of that. She stood there and smirked about it and had no kind of defense or remorse about what she did. She walked out having to pay her stepdaughter $10,000.00! And her response was she thought that was extreme. Judge Joe Brown said it wasn’t enough and she should be incarcerated with the lowlifes he named and had locked up!!! I miss his show and was saddened to find out he was disbarred for something (I can’t recall what it was, but I think it was alcohol related).
