!!!!! The reason falling down through the Lava didnt hurt you is because you already had the 4 Beacon Effects applied to you. Where as on the return flight up through it hurt you because the 4 Beacon Effects hadnt been applied to you yet since those effects do NOT project down below bedrock.

I agree that the way Ren made his pants would look more cyberpunky, with more clean lines. Silence with gold on netherite looks a bit muddy or rusty, but I totally get not wanting to walk around with gold pants all season. The Raiser trim would also be a nice alternative for your pants. A bit more on the black side with more subtle gold details.

No bandwagons, please! Impulse can decide for himself what to do about it. One of the rules of Doc's trim shop is that you can't actually duplicate the trims you buy. His reasoning is that he'd never sell anything after everyone collects one of each that they want, which wouldn't be all that beneficial when it comes to niche shops like that in the long run. It makes sense, though the, er, "price" is as silly as usual.

Mining will never stop being chill and relaxing. Throw on a video or podcast or music and just fill up your inventory with ores until you're out of space or your pick is almost broken. I'll even carry a shulker box of night vision potions when I mine so I don't have to bother with torches.

loved the shenanigans today. XD The regearing reminded me of a suggestion I had: you give up your helmet slot in order to wear the retextured pumpkin hair thingamajig, but why not just retexture the helmet instead? that way you're not giving up any armor slots to look cool :P the only bad thing I could think of with doing that is that the helmet would have the purple enchantment glint, but there's gotta be a way to remove that in a texture pack, right? Or just keep it, because purple might match the outfit anyways, and i bet it'd look kinda futuristic/cyberpunky. I mean, even if u don't want the enchantment glint, just dont enchant the helmet and take the extra armor anyways

Another idea - if you can hear jukeboxes play under the bedrock, you use them to play sounds along the flightpath to help flyers tell if youre getting close to the destination - ie, before render distance shows you the light of the lava
