Fact: Indonesian language were made mostly from the Old Malay language that was a lingua franca around the Melaka Empire in the 500, and becuz they got their independence early then Malaysia, they created their own language from other languages in their own country and also adding some of the Old Malay language, soon the Old Malay language would become the Malay Language itself and were used now by Malaysian, Singaporean, Brunei and some part of Thailand and Indonesia

@manuelcorrea2365
@manuelcorrea2365 9 ай бұрын
Mmmmm, it's funny you separate Spanish from Spain and Spanish from Mexico under the criterion that Mexican Spanish has _"lesser Arabic influence"_ when that is not the case. Spanish adopted a lot of words from Arabic like _"aceite", "alfombra", "almohada", "arroz", "azúcar", "albóndiga", "barrio", "aldea"_ and _"algodón"_ during the Muslim occupation of Spain and that occurred between 711 and 1492. In other words, the Arabic influence happened before the Spanish colonization of the Americas! Being that said, by time Spaniards conquered the Americas and spread the language through all of their colonies, the Arabic loanwords were already present in the Spanish lexicon so that same Arabic influence that you may find today in Spanish from Spain, you will also find it in Spanish from Mexico, Spanish from Argentina, Spanish from Colombia and so on given that it was already present in the language when Spaniards came to this side of the world.

Tagalog is kinda easy, cuz in Tagalog we dont have C,F,J,V, and X, we rarely use Q and Z. And every letter is readed as its spelled like "ai" is pronounced as "ah-ee" like "kain(kah-in)" same as tao(tah-o) or vowels are pronounced as A(ah) E(eh) I(ee) O(o) U(oooh). But we have an another letter which its "Ng" the letter is pronounced as "en-jee" And our letters are just an english letters(we used to have our own letters 😩) Thats what makes it kinda easy lawl

Thank you for confirming what I, as a language enthusiast, have told many people (much to their surprise) that Norwegian is the easiest and most similar language to English speakers. Many think that it's Dutch. I have found Norwegian the easiest European language by a long shot. Everything is easy about it, the pronunciation, the grammar, the vocabulary. It feels extremely fun and rewarding to learn Norwegian. Swahili is more difficult than it seems because the grammar is completely alien compared to English. Almost nothing works the same way.

Same. Probably because the English language is everywhere since it's the global language nowadays. It's common to see English everyday on the internet and even outdoors in most countries. On the other hand, when I try to study another language that I haven't had contact with frequently, I find it way more difficult. Learning French was a nightmare, I didn't know where to find french stuff to have some kind of contact with and get used to the language ( I actually gave up on that language mostly because of this ) I started learning Japanese 2 years ago and I'm way more comfortable because I can actually find japanese stuff to watch, friends that study that as well, ... Just taking classes are not enough for me, I need some kind of interaction with the language somehow, I learn way faster that way and it's more interesting.

If Icelandic has less Latin influence, and Latin created most languages similar to Italian, does that make it the most Germanic language?

(0:24) 🇵🇭 🇵🇭 🇵🇭 Tagalog has a different variety of accents, a Tagalog with mix of English accent is more easier for foreigners and Modern Filipino people, but the Tagalog a Austronesian language with consisting of Spanish accent used when the ancestors still alive, even Spain's 🇪🇸 333 years of Colonization up to vintage years (1920s-present) that they used are the hardest one to learn the words, example: *ako'y* = ako + ay. Note: Filipino could be interchangeable, but one thing is their blood Filipino-👱‍♂️ Filipina-👱‍♀️

Excuse me but the island you showed for the language Javanese is not the island of Java, it's the island of Sumatra. And also, there are other languages which came from java such as Sundanese. In sumatra, they also have other languages, such as bataknese(it has more than one dialect), Nias, and Aceh. In Javanese, there is another script you can used to write the language other than latin which I forgot what it's called. (Please tag me)

I'm confused as to why Korean is not on this list. As someone learning it, I know it is a REALLY hard language for English speakers, because there are so many word endings you have to think about adding to the end of each word in your sentence, not to mention just how many words there are in the Korean language. It's actually the most of any language in the world. I've looked on many sources, and according to most it is somewhere(the position varies)in the top 5 hardest languages for English speakers to learn.
