I saw this opening night when I was 5 years old summer of 86 and I'll never forget it. Hudson had everyone laughin. Fun fact the actor that plays Burke (Paul Reiser) took his mother to see Aliens at the premier and even she cheered when one of the Aliens got him. Now you KNOW that's a hated character.

"Aliens": Third Officer Ripley has been found and taken to Gateway station with a Xenomorph-size case of PTSD. What will The Weyland-Yutani Suits make of her blowing up the "Nostromo"? It looks like you are watching the theatrical version that I saw in 1986. 8:00 Actor Jenette Goldstein is/was a bodybuilder, so pull ups were no problem for her. A fluent Spanish speaker, she showed up at casting as a Latina gand member, hence the "illegal alien" joke? Her facial freckles drove makeup artists bonkers.

The woman who plays Pvt Vasquez is Jenette Goldstein. She isn't Hispanic at all but Hebrew, which is an amazing blend into the character. She's in other Camron films as well, but it's such a change of character she's hard to spot.

A potential Alien King never gets shown in the movies, however it does exist in some comics, I think. Either way, a few years ago a company named Eaglemoss made some Alien figurines and the Alien King was one of them. I never bought it but if I remember correctly it looked like a bit smaller version of the Queen with more spikes. As for how its' story goes..... no idea at all. I've never read any of the comics. As a sidenote: The Alien from the first movie was a drone, a worker so to say. The ones in this movie are warriors. They do not have the smooth head, which is simply due to the original head piece being extremely fragile and not suited for this movie. Also, the directors' cut of Aliens shows how the colony gets first infected. On another sidenote: The..... I guess it may be a special edition or special cut of Alien 3 is vastly superior to the theatrical version, but both versions have something going for them. My personal recommendation is to watch both variants at some point.

For 67 years, the family never knows about it and they never found anything because they never had the location of the ship that Ripley and her crew found planet that they're on is the engineer's Planet sort of. That gets explained in Prometheus. The prequel to alien.

Xenomorphs don't fly and they can't travel without a ship crashing or going somewhere they're smart but they've never figured that part out of flying, they're not predators who do have their own planet, and do fly around capturing other creatures. Xenomorphs sort of wait for host or whatever to come to them.

Yeah, that's right 57 years she was asleep for 57 years that part was true not just a dream, the dream part yes, the other part no. I have to admit I kind of wish Burke's death would have stayed in the movie like it did in the comic book in newt's Tale there's a video on KZbin called newt's tale explains some stuff that the movies leave out.
