A part that was skipped over: The Eggpire attacked Foolish's huge base, called "the Temple of Undying" on March 10th, planning to destroy it. After some talk and destruction of Foolish's Ra statue (an Egyptian god), Foolish had enough of them and striked them with lightning, causing them to retreat. Meanwhile, Ranboo and Tubbo were hiding on the top of another statue and watching them....

Think I should mention some foolish lore. Foolish has teased he’s a god of the sky and the ocean and he’s a totem of undying, he used to be a totem of death, more about that in quackity lore. He’s basically supposed to be immortal. When the egg came to his desert build he threatened to strike them with lightning, they didn’t believe him so he did. Sam was there and has been uneasy with foolish ever since. At the banquet he thought the egg wasn’t any match for his lightning powers, but they didn’t work on the egg, the egg somehow sucked out his immortality and his powers and that’s how he died. There’s more foolish lore in quackity’s lore streams. After the banquet the egg was like stuck inside him trying to have foolish join the egg but foolish was able to resist.

As a heads up, its not the next part. The egg is just another story that evan told. I'm pretty sure he did this to wait for another month for more lore to be made. A lot of people wanred to know about what this eggpire thing is. So, its a win win. However, it isnt part seven. Its........ Part 4.5 (?)

@@NateAlyn Hey Nate, just a recommendation, but a very good animatic by the name of Obsidian Symposium, made by the youtuber crqbi is a must watch after learning the history of the egg. It depicts the events of the red banquet event and is very well made, also one of my favourite Dream SMP animatics in general.

Ya, no one really talks about this, except the ones that are _very_ infested into the lore, but bad mentioned the Egg hatching. Some think that it may be a new member if the Egg corrupts anyone again and they're stronger then what the Eggpire was. But It gives me goosebumps thinking of something even worse then the corruption of the Egg brainwashing members and turning them Evil. Besides Ant that was high out of his mind the entire Ark.

Some stuff about Foolish that you will need to know for some lore that you'll be seeing soon: Foolish is a god of totems and sharks. The totem part allows him to live a long time, he is very old, despite his energetic mood. The shark part of him is much more powerful, even allowing him to summon lightning storms (which he actually did when the Eggpire came to threaten him one day, he did it to prove he was unafraid of them). Something Evan left out (which I understand, it would've been too complicated to explain in addition to the egg) was during the Red Banquet: at the end of Foolish's speech, he tried to summon another lightning storm to strike down the egg, but the egg was too powerful and subdued his powers. His attempt at destroying it was what made the Eggpire execute Foolish instead of Eret first. Commenting this during the premiere in hopes that you get this information sooner lol, great reaction btw!

Btw to bring u in on who foolish is, foolish’s skin is half shark and totem of undying so far the totem of undying part has been pretty big in his character lore but from what I know the shark part hasn’t come into any lore. (I don’t want to explain too much of his lore just in case Evan ever talks about him more in his future vids). Also, he is greatly known as the best builder on the smp, while Sam is a amazing red stone builder and genius in Minecraft red stone, foolish is known for his great ability to build stuff regularly, he has built many big things on the server like his hugeeeeeee totem temple(summer house) and Tubbo and Ranboos mansion which is 2/3 of the size of the prison(he built it all by himself).

Dang, as much as I love Evan’s videos, he definitely left out a lot of stuff. I feel like Bad and Quackity’s conversation about Bad’s reasoning for trusting the Egg really should’ve been included because it’s the entire reason that Bad tells Quackity “I can’t stop, you know why I can’t stop.” Basically, the Egg is able to control people by promising them things that it knows they want. The Egg promised Bad that he would be able to save Skeppy if he continued to spread the Egg and help it gain power. I feel like that conversation also makes Skeppy calling Bad selfish hit a little harder, because Bad is literally doing this whole thing for Skeppy. Evan also left out Foolish’s conversation with the Egg after his death at the banquet. It was the first time we heard the Egg speak forwards (since it usually speaks backwards and slightly distorted) , but he might’ve left it out since from what I remember it ties in more to Foolish’s lore than the story of the egg overall.

Also to note about foolish in lore he is a god of oceans and the sky he is also a god of life and death I'm pretty sure after his death he had a lore stream were it showed the egg implanted itself in foolshs head after the banquet

Day 14 of asking Nate to react to Dream SMP War Movie festival to Doomsday by Blueberry TV and the egg chapters by MuffinPig egg chapters show all the lore streams, Evan's is still good though Edit: Here are some extra things that weren't there because why not Hannah was actually a loyal member of the resistance to begin with, but the Egg has a strange attachment to her so it wiped her memory after Sam brought her out of the Egg and made her believe that she had never met the Egg before. It then convinced her that the Egg was a big life source and so it could help her, but Sam saw this and intervened which brought her memories back but he couldn't change her new feelings. This is also why he didn't trust her. Foolish is Puffy's son. Ponk was dating Sam but the Egg tricked Ponk into believing Sam was cheating so he joined the Egg. Also Puffy was never actually in the Eggpire, she was part of a mission called Undercover Egg Omelette to infiltrate it Sam became a cannibal because of the Egg. He ate himself before Puffy burned his tools and he skin he collected. Purpled was originnaly hired by the Eggpire to assassinate Puffy

i find it strange that they added ranboo, quackity, and techno into the resistance meeting before the banquet when they were never really there in the first place. in fact, to my knowledge, ranboo wasn't really a part of the resistance, but he was at the banquet (supposedly in his enderwalk state) spying on everything from the ceiling

Love this reaction! The Egg arc gets treated a little negatively by the fandom sometimes, but it's a very emotional story for a lot of the characters with serious repercussions for them. Some funnier tidbits that were left out: - Skeppy and Bad's bathwater (no further explanation is needed or desired) - The first time Foolish visited the egg, he basically just said "your egg sucks" and left. - Ponk had a small piece of the egg called "Little Red". It behaved a bit differently to the egg. -The egg is averse to Prime water (holy water from church Prime) - At the begining of the Red Banquet, there was a bunch of dancing and taking, and Sam was just hanging out in the punch bowl. It was probably the funnest part of the banquet -Ponk had a speech where he started reciting Roadtrip - Ponk also gave Sam diamonds sometime during the banquet, and replaced his soup with a stick. It's theorized he did this to help Sam craft a sword as protection. There's a lot of specific character lore that makes the banquet super impactful, but it would take forever to look through. Also, would you consider checking out some of Animagician or scrawls analysis video's on the DSMP? It's stuff I'm pretty sure you're all caught up on, and they have very interesting videos on specific characters!

an important thing to also note: the connection between eret and foolish within the lore. a while back, eret and foolish teamed up to tear down a lot of the red vines (more specifically the ones covering eret’s unfinished fortress) and it was a pretty chill semi-lore stream for the most part until the very end. as they’re throwing the last bits of the vines into the soulfire brazier, foolish comments offhandedly that it reminds him of how they used to hang out in the past and references both a “wither cult” and “mountain trolls”. eret, however, has absolutely no recollection of this and ends up incredibly confused. i would highly recommend checking it out, just searching ‘eret and foolish lore’ should find the clips since i dont think the streams are up anymore. there hasnt been much continuation since eret’s been on a mental health break irl, but now that he’s back and doing better hopefully it will soon since it adds so much to both of their characters!!

I would like to point out extra things that weren’t mentioned in the video, but still kind of important background info (I just know a lot of stuff and feel the need to share): Eret and Foolish decided to band together and destroy some of the vines together, since they both believed that the Pro Omlette Resistance group wasn’t doing much to make the server look better. They went to Fundy’s abandoned secret base and made a secret room in there where they wrote out all the people in the Eggpire, the potential Eggpire people, and the people who are resisting. They did put their names in the room, stating that they did that. At the end of the stream with Eret and Foolish clearing out the vines, Foolish mentioned things from their past, implying that Eret and Foolish knew eachother before coming to the Dream SMP. Foolish also already knew about Eret’s eyes and wasn’t fearful of them, which further proves the point since everybody else who has seen Eret’s eyes were scared of them and immediately ran away. Eret did not remember what Foolish was talking about, but does recall that Foolish and themself did become friends quite easily, and decided that they will take some time to think about it. Since Foolish knew Eret for a long time, Foolish felt a lot more connected to Eret than Eret did to him. Eret was the first one to be sacrificed, and was put up on the podium because they spoke out at BBH, also the Eggpire wanted to sacrifice Eret first due to the power they have as the King of the SMP. When Foolish saw Eret, his old friend, about to die, he had to step in. Foolish stepped in and sacrificed himself for Eret, dying as the consequence of it. (I also like to think that Foolish was like Eret’s Totem of Undying, sacrificing himself to save Eret). After Foolish died, Eret felt the need to create some kind of memorial for him. Even if Eret didn’t know much about their past with Foolish, Eret felt that they must respect his death. Eret created a Totem statue (in the museum?? I think??), and also created a replica of the Egg in the museum as the Egg was now an important piece of history. Foolish awakens in his temple. He freaks out after realizing that he has died, since he lived most of his life believing that he was immortal as a Totem of Undying. Foolish still feels something wrong. The egg is in his head. He is still connected to the Egg. …blah blah blah Foolish goes to Church Prime and bathes himself in holy water to rid the Egg from his mind. (Extra things): Foolish was against the Eggpire since the Egg not only was growing on his Temple, but since they came to Foolish’s base and blew up his statue. Foolish did a cool monologue basically saying that Foolish is a god and used to be a Totem of Death. Foolish smites the Eggpire in pure daylight, clear skies, and the Eggpire flees. Ranboo can be seen hiding in the walls during the Red Banquet, just watching over. His skin is different. People theorize that he was in an Enderwalk state at that time, but we are still unaware. After Skeppy was killed, we spawned back at Big Daddy Island, blue again. He seemed to be back to himself, since when Tommy and Wilbur (revived) were walking with Friend the sheep, Skeppy “skepped” Friend and killed Friend. Haha, you just got Skepped. The Egg was featured in one of the Tales of the SMP episodes. The episode takes place in the past and is called ‘The Masquerade’. If you don’t want to be spoiled, skip over the end of this paragraph. The Egg controls (maybe??) different characters to kill other characters, until the end where it is revealed that Sir Billium (played by Technoblade), and the butler (played by Ranboo) are working for the Egg, and sacrificing poor people and rich people to the Egg. This proves that the Egg has been around and controlling people for a long, long time. After the Red Banquet, BBH flees. BBH ends up building a tower on Foolish’s land, and then creating a country on Foolish path. L’Sandburg. I will not go into detail about L’Sandburg, but I will point out…. Imagine getting killed, you come back to life, and one of the very people who helped kill you is now building a house on your front lawn. Makes complete sense. One last thing, Puffy had forgiven Antfrost for what he has done and for killing her son, and Antfrost has forgiven Puffy for killing him. From last I was informed, neither of them really forgive BBH for what he did. (Even though Bad was also being controlled by the Egg into doing those things…? I think?)

The egg was where I started watching the Dream SMP more or less as a full thing. I'd seen the bit where Skeppy burned one of Tommy's discs and I'd voted in the election because I was on Twitter at the time and saw it was happening but besides that the egg lore was mostly around BBH and Skeppy who I knew the best at the time. Some people hate it but I like it.

Great video by Evan and reaction and commentary by Nate! However, the anti-egg alliance was never really an official thing as the video makes it look. Puffy teied to reacj out to Techno and talked once to him, but never made plans with him. Quackity and Techno were still enemies, and no one had any idea he had reached out to Techno for help, and Techno and Ranboo were not at the meeting like shown in the video. Also, Hannah was disguised, so no one knew she was even infected.

the egg arc isn't over. bad has said that there will be a final egg lore stream sometime. also something that wasn't mentioned was that the purple leather armor they wore to to protect themselves from the egg was from church prime. so before they would go visit the egg, they would go to church prime and put on the armor (like a hazmat suit) and go in the holy water when they got back. the egg could never touch the holy land so they were safe there.

Can you please react to Obsidian Symposium it's by crqbi and it's six minutes of colored animation and it's very smooth and I think it's very pretty Also some information Hannah wasn't new on the server she'd been on there for quite a while she just didn't have any lore and didn't log on much also the egg seems to have an obsession with Hannah because it went to more lengths to get her infected than any other player that's been infected by the egg

If you feel unsure what to watch next, read this comment (no spoilers contained, don't worry :) ) I really feel like the next lore video should be Quackity's lore movie part 2, because one mentioned event here, in the Eggpire arc, was literally first showed by big Q, and it also will fill every gap that's left between Will's ressurecting and everything else important before it. And yea, contains some really epic editing too. But then, the only thing left after it is Ranboo's first full-length character lore stream (I think it's titled "Rules"?) that is introducing you to his main arc, that is still going to happen. You already know by reading the comments that he was spying when Red Banquet was going, so, if you curious, Ranboo's lore stream ends just before this moment in timeline (but will have much more impact later, so, no, it's not useless and has some GREAT acting in it!). Then you can watch Quackity's movie stream part 3 to move forward (that thing will blow your mind once again, introducing many unexpected twists and HUGE character development (not only for Quackity, trust me ;D)) And that's basically the end of main storyline, for now. Tho, the last Eggpire stream is coming, hope you will react to it too :D I hope I helped you at least with something and that my comment was written good enough to understand ( I'm from Russia) :)
