7:10 I've worked maintenance at schools before, we would wait until we had to replace 5 lockers in a section due to damages or general wear. then we'd have a contractor come in (because god forbid you let the maintenance crew do maintenance) replace the ENTIRE section of like 20+ lockers even though 15 of those 20 were perfectly fine. The reasoning was something along the lines of it looking weird to have shiny fresh lockers dotted through a row of slightly worn and dull ones. I'm so glad I don't work there anymore

A living example of "too good to be true". Billy dug himself a hole he couldn't claw his way out of and proceeded to dig even deeper. It could've been successful had he planned this through and took his time preparing for it and getting everything set up. From the looks of it, they just did everything last minute and only barely fulfilled some of their promises.

It could have been great if it was as promised (even if much later), but then it also would have cost a LOT more and drawn a much smaller crowd by excluding those that couldn't afford...therefor possibly still not make its budget.

The FEMA tents do look sturdy. But I've seen quality personal use tents. I've slept in upper mid range or lower upper range tents. The primo camping tents have more amenities stitched in. Like covered windows to cycle air through mesh even during normal rain. Compartments that can be zipped off from each other, even doing this airlock style to enter and exit the tent without giving the bugs direct access to where you sleep.
