One time i was building defences in the back because wardens were assaulting the region with a supertank (with all the panic in intel and world chat included), and then i see a huge column of our tanks drive by me, saying they are dedicated supertank hunters. Unfortunately no, Every ship is designed the same depending on faction, for example, the warden gunboat has its primary turret in the centre, and the Colonials, have it further forward.

Ignis as a distraction/flank feint force is actually strategically brilliant. The pure chaos of Ignis, their familiarity with mass-cas events and doomed assaults, even the celebrity factor helps pull enemy forces to the Ignis front. It's like throwing the Death Korps of Krieg at a target while more traditional forces take ground elsewhere.
